Slub Motion Attachments are being used for
producing slubs on RING-SPINNING FRAMES & Open
End Spinning Machines , and are capable of making many permutation
of SLUB length ,thickness & frequency .SLUBS are spun fancies
and each slub is a thickening in the Spun yarn.
The Electronic Slub Motion Attachment presently being manufactured
by us is a total indigenous Development which is a patented item. The
unit offers some definite advantages when compared to even with some
of the best available makes in the world-market. |

The system
used for producing ground slubs or injected slubs (of different colors)
on the Ring Spinning Frames of 3 or 4 rolls. Under this system the
back and middle rolls are governed separately by a small mechanical
(gear box device) having Clutch, free wheel and brake combination.
When the rolls are moving at different speed during spinning process,
the under-drafted Spun yarn appears as 'SLUBS' on
the final yarn and when this slub yarn goes to the Weaving Section,
it produces fancy pettern on the fabric itself.

The complete unit consists of the Composite ElectronicController
with Fuzzy Logic and the relevant Servo/Semi servo Drive with the Small
Gear Unit.This combination transforms additional impulses into back/
middle roll motion , an additional motor to relieve the additional mechanical
stresses on the Ring frame and a slub monitoring device (Slub Scanner)
which stops the ring frame automatically in case or any Electrical,
Electronic or Mechanical failure. |
